Workshop Summary:

• This dynamic three-hour workshop is designed specifically for emerging and intermediate-level managers within workforce development. Participants will explore and learn practical tools for using coaching as an effective leadership strategy. The workshop will delve into the intersection of neuroscience and leadership, equipping managers with insights into how the brain responds to coaching and the importance of fostering a growth mindset. 
• Through a blend of interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world case studies, attendees will gain actionable strategies to enhance their leadership capabilities, cultivate a positive organizational culture, and drive performance through effective coaching techniques. Participants will leave this workshop empowered with the knowledge and tools to lead with confidence, compassion, and resilience. 
• Empower training addresses organizational culture shifts through individual empowerment, beginning with leadership. All Empower training concepts are grounded in neuroscience, research, trauma-informed care, solution-focused thinking, developmental and positive psychology, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
