Overview:
In this session, participants will learn about the core tenets of organizational justice and how to implement effective, long-lasting changes that result in a more equitable and inclusive work environment, Participants will walk away with proven models that can frame Equity and Inclusion initiatives in their organizations. This session will provide ideas and solutions that can be applied by HR & Equity professionals, people managers, executive leaders, and anyone who wants to be a change agent at their company.

About Cynthia Chand-Hopkins:
Cynthia Chand-Hopkins joined Worksystems in June 2023 as the JEDI & HR Manager. Her role encompasses human resources and organizational culture, as well as internal and external Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining Worksystems, Cynthia held HR & DEI positions in various industries including clean energy, technology, and healthcare. In these roles, she handled employee relations, employee engagement, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and DEI. Cynthia has an undergraduate degree in Women & Gender Studies, and graduate degrees in Employment Law and Human Resources Management.
Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering for the Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle Seahawks, and watching stand-up comedy.
