About Kim Poage
Kim is the coordinator and co-facilitator for the Oregon Vocational Aspiring Leaders (OVAL) program. She brings to her work a passion for empowering clients and staff to find and succeed in their life’s work. Kim also serves on a team to support and grow healthy experiences for VR counselor interns and staff. Kim has more than 20 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation, as a university clinical Coordinator and teacher, VR counselor, disability analyst, and program coordinator for independent living. Kim has had her CRC since 2001 and served on Oregon’s State Rehabilitation Council.
