About Alexis: Alexis Braly James is the Chief Equity Officer at Construct The Present, a National leadership activation
and culture change agency. She is a longtime educator and innovator. Through her role at Construct
The Present, she supports nationwide nonprofits, companies, and government agencies in activating
contemporary responses to leadership development and employee needs through training, coaching,
and team building. Alexis was born and raised primarily in Oregon. When she’s not working, you can
find her dancing to Beyonce.
