The 2024 OETA Rendezvous Conference will be held April 28-29, 2025 at the Hallmark Resort Hotel in Newport, Oregon. This conference will bring together workforce professionals in all capacities, to learn, train, and explore new trends, best practices, and updated standards. Our goal is to train workforce professionals across the state of Oregon together, to build a more comprehensive, collaborative, and effective model of service to Oregonians.

Creating Coaching Cultures; Bringing the Neuroscience of Coaching into Workforce Development

Tiffany Grimes, Empower Lead Coach and Founder of Evolutionary Consulting and Empower: Tiffany’s focus is to help people understand and manage human behavior through the lens of neuroscience

She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Tiffany is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Specialty Master Trainer through Portland State University’s Oregon Registry Training Program, national presenter, and published author. Grimes also holds a Master’s Degree in Management (MIM) with a focus on organizational development.

The conference will bring together Oregon businesses, educators, public agency leaders, community-based organizations, elected officials, and workforce professionals to explore local, state, and national best practices, emerging workforce trends, and innovative solutions.

The 2025 OETA Rendezvous Conference will be held April 28-29, 2025 at the Hallmark Resort Hotel in Newport, Oregon.

  • Cost for non-members is $475 per person.
