Learn about OETA’s training/professional development resources available to Oregon’s social service/workforce development providers

Are you a social or human service provider working in the State of Oregon? Are you interested in developing new professional skills and networking with your peers from across the state? If so, join us on Friday, February 10th (1:00 – 2:30PM) to learn about upcoming opportunities available through the Oregon Employment and Training Association (OETA).
During this event, participants will learn more about how OETA can help them:
- Network with peers and colleagues throughout Oregon
- Establish relationships with new agencies, organizations, and service providers
- Learn about innovative programs and activities taking place throughout the state
- Develop and strengthen professional skills
- Access online learning resources, webinars, and trainings
- Receive continuing education credits and professional skills endorsements
Attendees will receive an overview of OETA previous and future activities and help information future events and training opportunities.

Where: This event will be held on Zoom. Attendees will receive a meeting link prior to the event.
Who Should Attend: Anyone providing social and human services throughout the State of Oregon, including those providing direct service and those in managerial and leadership positions. This may include (but is not limited to) workforce development professionals; social workers; educators; community advocates; nonprofit service providers; case managers; program directors; project managers; training coordinators; etc.

About OETA: For over 30 years, OETA has provided Oregon’s workforce and social service professionals with high-quality training, networking, and career development opportunities, including resources for continuing education units/credits. After a three year hiatus, OETA has relaunched in 2023, with new opportunities and resources for online learning and skills development; professional networking; peer learning; and the sharing of best practices throughout the State of Oregon. OETA operates with support from the Oregon Workforce Partnership; Oregon Commission for the Blind; and Oregon Department of Human Resources – Vocational Rehabilitation.
