Call For Presenters!

Created by and for Workforce Development professionals, Rendezvous is the coming together of like-minded (and like hearted) professionals to share our wisdom, knowledge, tools, and ideas needed to continue to grow and thrive personally and professionally.

If you are a skilled trainer and want the opportunity to share your knowledge with your peers, this is for you. OregonETA is especially interested in proposals from line staff on programs “large or small” that have proven to be successful in action. Examples of session topics include the following:

  • Stress Reduction
  • Motivation and Goal Setting
  • Community Resources
  • Developing Skills
  • Overcoming Barriers
  • Happiness in the Workplace
  • Job Retention
  • Social Media
  • Evidence Based Practices

  • Mental Health
  • Working with Youth
  • Overcoming Adversity
  • Long Term Unemployed
