Join us on February 7th, 2012 to hear from experts in this field:
☆Shauna Kennedy, a Job Developer for Clackamas County Community Corrections, will address Job Development for Customers with Criminal Backgrounds. Shauna has worked for Corrections for 14 years, working with clients on work release. She facilitates an intensive job search workshop and has experience in other social service organizations, including GED and alcohol and drug recovery programs.
☆Alex Bassos, the Supervisor for the Metropolitan Public Defender's Office, will talk about Expungement - when it's an option and how to assist your client in getting their record expunged. Among other things, Alex handles expungements for his office, runs an expungement clinic in Old Town and helps run Project Clean Slate.
